Hi Folks,
That is the date set and forms out for the Dick Wedlock 10 it is on saturday 9th may at 2pm.
There was a good turnout of harriers last year- there was also a good spread at the end.

Just a reminder this race is on saturday @ 2pm
I don't know if Angela is running I think we have some unfinished competition following strathaven in November where it was an unofficial dead heat!!

How about trying another distance?!!!!!

You know I was just thinking the same thing the other night doing a fast 4miles -it is time for a change.
Tmora will be my 21st 10k I have accepted that if the sub 40 doesn't come tmora I will be content with a sub 41.
My last 1/2 marathon and marathon was in 2005- variety is the spice of life. Next week I am going to run up Tinto time for new challenges. The Highland Fling looks quite interesting
