Crieff Charity Quiz Night - Crieff Beer Festival 2009

As you may have seen, Crieff Round Table in partnership with Crieff & Strathearn Rugby Club are organising the first of what we hope will become Crieff’s Annual Beer Festival which is being run for the benefit of charity.

The main event is being held on Saturday, 13th June, 2009 to which you are, of course, cordially invited. However, the purpose of this letter is to draw your attention to the fact that we are also running as part of the festival- a fantastic Quiz Night at Braidhaugh on FRIDAY 12TH June 2009- the profits of which will be donated to the Beer Festival Charities.

We are looking for entrants to be down at Braidhaugh for 7.30 p.m. to begin the Quiz at 8 p.m. We are inviting teams of four or less to attend with a charge of £20 per team. The entry fee will also provide each team member with the opportunity of tasting their first two beers free – other refreshments and BBQ will also be available.

We are allowing and encouraging as many teams to enter and an organisation or business can, if they want, submit more than one team. However, as we have limited space, teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If there is any spare capacity, tickets will also be available at the door.

Hi all,
just to let you know more of the details about the Beer Festival that is being organised by Crieff Round Table and the Rugby Club. Money raised is being split between the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow register and funds for a new rugby clubhouse.

The Friday night is quiz night, entries are restricted to 30 teams. Cost is £20, with a free drink for every team member. Venue is the rugby club, starts 7:30.

Saturday afternoon is for some family funtime with games and competitions. Entry is FREE!!

Saturday night is party night, with music and 25 barrels of beer to be finished before you can go home. Tickets are £8 and for this your first 2 drinks are free!!.
