On the first day of Christmas my true love sent to me:-

                   A pair of Inov8 shoes
2nd day =     2 Turtle neck tee shirts
3rd day=      3 Compede Plasters
4th day=      Forerunner GPS
5th day=      5 Fa..mo..us Gr..ou..se
6th day=      6 p.m. on Wednesdays
7th day=      7 Dogs a running
8th day=      8 a.m. on Sundays!
9th day=      9 Ladies run on Monday
10TH day=   10 Minute miles
11th day=   11 Runners Running
12th day=   12 O’clock meet in Pub for Lunch
